Sous Chef up to 24K neg doe
Our client is currently recruiting for a Sous chef for their 2 rosettes restaurant. The property has 80+ bedrooms, 4 star and a leisure centre.
The appointed Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in running the restaurant kitchen. Main duties will include supervision, training and development of junior chefs and kitchen staff, preparation of menus and food products to the required standard, ensuring all hygiene, health and safety procedures are adhered to, ordering and stock rotation. You will also be required to deputise for the Executive Chef in their absence. This is a highly recommended position.
