Im a mature young lady with 6 years management experience withing the catering industry,3 years being at management level. Ranging from managing a brasserie with a turnove of 1.5 million to head receptionist for a branded restaurant. I have heaps of experience, a dynamic enthusiatic approach and a passion to be the best at what i do.
I don't know everything and i have lots id love to learn.

I am currently the manager of a coffee shop within a food visitor centre however i am looking to relocate as soon as possible as my partner lives in stoke on trent. I am free for interview and have accomodation ready.
