Customer Service Assistant Manager
This role is being advertised on behalf of KPI Recruiting Ltd who are acting as a recruitment company.
Leading retail company are looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Service department. There will be a small part of the role which will involce Supervising the existing team.
This company has fantastic staff retainment - once someone joins this company they tend to stay for a lengthy period. The role will involve answering numourous calls on a daily basis - these will be a mix of orders chasing, complaints and queries.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with excellent IT skills using Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
You will have been in a customer facing role with at least 3 years Customer Service experience. My client is interviewing immediately, you need to act fast if you want to apply for this role.
The salary is up to £25K pa plus benefits
