We are two professional females people, (29 and 30) who live in a semi-detached house in Trent Vale. We have a part furnished (wardrobe and chest of drawers - no bed) large double bedroom available to rent from 24th November (possibly flexible for right person). You will have full access to the rest of the house, which includes bathroom with electric shower, kitchen with microwave, washing machine, storage, fridge/freezer and oven etc and comfortably furnished living room including TV and DVD player. Also a large garden and good parking. The living room has patio doors which lead to the garden/patio. The house is very close to the a34, a50, a500 and m6. It is double glazed throughout, has central heating, broadband wireless internet, and each room has access to an outdoor TV aerial.
We are looking for a housemate of a similar age who is relaxed, honest, considerate, reliable,friendly, and tidy and respects everyone elses space and belongings. We are relaxed about house work and mowing the lawn, but everyone needs to do their share, especially communal areas. We are also active recyclers and try to be be carbon friendly, helping to keep bills down. We would also prefer a professional, smoking outside is fine but we dont smoke in the house. We have 2 friendly female cats, so you must like pets! Rent is £235 per month which includes council tax and broadband. Other utility bills are split 3 ways in addition to the rent.
