We are delighted to have been selected to act on this companies behalf to recruit a Branch Manager for one of its services in Stafford.

You will be responsible to the Operations Manager and you will take joint responsibility as the person in charge for the day to day running of the branch. To perform as the directors' agent and preserve their clients interests in the running of the agency.

Key Duties/Tasks

* Day to day running of the agency - 40%
* Service user care - 30%
* Staff Matters - 15%
* Premises, policies and procedures - 5%
* Finance - 5%
* Business Development - 5%
