Single 30-something teetotal non-smoking man on permanent disability benefits with no children or pets seeks accomodation to rent within a 25 mile radius of Whitchurch in Shropshire (may consider Whitchurch itself).

Looking for ideally 2 rooms behind a door or a room that is big enough to accommodate a double bed plus a decent sized TV and a 2 seater sofa with access to a bathroom (shower room not considered). Would also consider a bedsit sharing kitchen and bathroom with no more than 2 others preferably. Property does not have to be on ground floor but must have parking nearby. Rental to be no more than around £300 per month but willing to consider a slightly higher rent for the right property. Am able to pay first months' rent in advance and deposit; also have a retired professional home owning guarantor. Would prefer a long term rental - say 12 months initially with a view to extending by a further 6 months.
