Our client, a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Non Surgical Solutions, is looking to recruit a Nurse Advisor/Therapist to provide clinical and product support in line with the Company brand strategy. They are a Nurse-led organisation and have rewarding opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses who desire to benefit from their nursing skills and training to be successful in the commercial world. Working with a team of highly trained nurses, you will be offering consultations and treatments to patients who are considering Aesthetic / Cosmetic surgery treatments.

Main purpose of Job is to promote, counsel, inform and prepare potential patients, in accordance with company values and agreed business rations, to gain access to cosmetic surgery, laser hair removal or aesthetic procedures by referral to a surgeon or nurse therapist.

Scope of Job: Counsel and treat patients, Administer laser and/or aesthetic treatments and procedures, deliver pre & post operative patient assessments and care, responsible for achieving personal sales targets, etc.

Basic salary is £25,000 depending on experience + opportunity to earn bonus of £1,000 - £3,000 dependent on performance.

In order to apply for this you must have a current NMC Registration. You will be commercially minded but you do not need to have previous sales experience. You will be a team player, well presented, flexible, energetic, bright personality, and a 'people person'. You will be working 39 hours per week to include 2 evenings per week until 8 P.M. and 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.
