I have a three bedroom in a very comfortable house to let, idealy for students or professional people. The house has one big kitchen and dinnering room, one living room and garden, also garage for storage. Parking available, around 10 mins to university or town centre, 15 mins walk to ASDA, very nice area. There is three bedrooms , one double bedroom and one single room for let, another single room is just empty for me to live once a month and store some stuff. There is another small single room for me occuaslly visit. The rent fee is for double room is about 70 pounds per week, single room is about 60 pounds per week, include the water bill and countal tax. The electric and gas bill would be shared by people living in the hosue every three monthes. The house would refurnish on Sep 2007, the bathroom would be newed. Furniturished.
