lovely 1st floor flat available for holidays in dawlish warren. near Exeter. sleeps 4, one double bedroom and a double bed settee in the lounge. the holiday park is family friendly and there are lots of activities/fun and games, crazy golf, swimming and club with full entertainment programme. the beach is only a short level walk, along with shops bars and restaurants. the trains and buses are also very close by. short breaks are available, weekends or mon-fri, all prices depend on high or low season. just ask and we will attempt to tailor make your break. bookings now being taken for 2009,
july/ august £300-- £375 pw or short breaks £50 per night
