We have one room available in a student house which is very close to Newcastle town centre.

The room is a good size, it contains a single bed, however it is big enough to be a good sized double room. It also contains all the typical student furniture, which is wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside chest, all of which have only been in use for around 10 months. So it is all in pretty good condition.

The rent is £70 per week, this includes gas, electricity, water, tv lisence and wireless broadband (speed should be 10MB). The contracts are for a year, this is not negotiable, and begin on the 1st of September 2008 and finish on 31st August 2009.

You will be sharing with myself, I will hardly ever be in the house as I will be doing a masters, hopefully in London or Manchester (just waiting to hear from the uni's). There is another girl, who will be starting the second year of her masters programme at Keele, and a guy who is doing a past graduate medicine degree at Keele.
