i am looking for someone to share a house with me in wolstanton, newcastle under lyme. you have access to the bus route going to the town centre, shops, pubs etc,

the house has two beedrooms, both decent sizes, decorated in cream

an upstairs bathroom. parking outside the house on the street. back garden.

i am looking to rent this house from the estate agents asap but need someone to live with. it is not my house i am just wanting to rent it with someone.

preferrably looking for a female aged 18-25 who enjoys the same things as me, e.g clubbing, eating out, having friends round etc.

i also have a staffordshire bull terrier puppy who has just truned one and she is lovely. so must also like dogs.

the rent is £225 a month and then we need to pay our bills on top of that.

you must also be in a secure job. i am going to view the house on tuesday at 5pm and so you are more than welcome to meet me there and come along
