hi, we' are dave and steve, bought the place 2 years ago and we're now after a friendly housemate.

Its a single bedded room with cupboard and a wardrobe, we have wireless internet and the added luxary of a diggy box. Now thats grabbed your attention! The bathroon is new and modern. The kitchen works fine but needs updating soon.

We're situated close to the hospital and university.
