Im a 28 yr old professional male with a 3 bedroom house in Longport, Stoke on Trent. Its 2 seconds from the A500 and so is ideal for commuting to work/uni/college.

Im looking to rent out one of my two spare rooms (the other is far too tiny to rent). Its a furnished double bedroom with wardrobes, drawers and a kingsize bed. The house has recently been refurbished and the insulation upgraded so its very warm now.

There is broadband and freeview tv. There's no designated parking spaces but plenty of room in the street.

Ideally I'd like to rent the room out to another professional, male or female, but would consider students. Sorry, no DSS. I may consider pets
