I am currently looking at developing a business idea, I am looking for a Web Developer, and someone with Sys admin experience. To emphasis this isn't a paying job, I am looking for someone who is happy to accept a share of the business as payment for work done.

Ideally I'm looking for someone local to Stoke-on-Trent, to spend some time exploring the possibility of starting a business up.

Since the idea is very conceptual at the moment, it will be reasonably language agnostic, but at some point there will be a requirement for integration into Active Directory, so knowledge of Microsoft programming languages will be required. Though there will also likely be some Linux involved, so a good all rounder will be preferred.

For the Sys admin side, knowledge and understanding enterprise class Active directory design and build would be ideal. Again, I'm looking for an all rounder, rather than someone greatly strong in any one area.
