Maintenance Manager
Our client have been Operating Power Station material handling systems since 1994, due to an ever increasing workload they now require a highly qualified Reliability Engineer.
•Establish and manage a Asset Management program using Pdm technologies to deliver improvements in,
1. Plant reliability,
2. Performance efficiency,
3. Unplanned work
4. Maintenance costs.
•Audit current PPM schemes, rationalise and develop as appropriate.
•Collect and share engineering best practice
•Collate information on loss of plant availability, carry out analysis and feed back common steps to prevent reoccurrence.
•Develop amongst sites an engineering forum to help deliver best practice.
•Spread of engineering initiatives:
Qualifications/Training.
•Recognised Engineering Qualification (HNC Minimum)
•Current Pdm technologies.
•Health & Safety.
Candidates must have experience in manufacturing or heavy industry required and knowledge of the following.
•Computer skills.
•Maintenance work flow processes.
•Building and maintaining effective working relationships.
•Systematic problem solving skills.
•Effective communication skills (presentations, meetings etc)
