Rent is £180 per calendar month, bills not included.
Deposit is £270 (1.5 months rent).
Minimum term is 12 months.
Wireless internet is set up in the house along with a phone line.
Other amenities include a spacious lounge with gas fire, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom with bath and shower fixture, a dining room, a garage area for storage if needed, a large, well kept garden and 2 very friendly housemates! :)
We are 1 male and 1 female, both postgrad students, very sociable and friendly!
