The house is relatively modern with a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, electric shower, brand new boiler and has a small but nice, well-kept outside area at the rear of the property.
The room available is a double room fitted with a double bed, desk, shelves and a good size wardrobe with drawers attatched.
