One single room for rent, sharing with two other girls, you must be female. For 3 months, start of June to end of August. A £200 deposit will be needed but will be given back at the end of the term. The £260 includes all the bills(internet and tv license also). The house is lovely with a big kitchen, dish washer, washing machine and new bathroom with a very powerful shower.
I have to leave so need a tenant until the contract runs out in september
