German Speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a German Speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk for their office based in Warwickshire.

Job Role:

To assist the Accounts Payable Team Leader with the day to day running of the Accounts Payable Department to optimise processes and ensure timely delivery of reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Register all Third Party Invoices/Credit Notes and send for approval
- Process all Third Party Invoices/Credit Notes and address any queries which may arise.
- Process all Inter-Company and Inter-Group invoices and address any queries which may arise.
- Allocate Payments and Credit notes on the system.
- Reconcile Purchase Ledger accounts with Supplier Statements on a monthly basis.
- Process expense claims and address any queries which may arise.
- Preparation of Payment Runs.
- Reconciliation of Creditors listing against Purchase Ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Scanning of all Accounts Payable Invoices/Credit Notes/ Inter-Company Invoices, Expenses and Charge Card Statements.
- Carry out other tasks as reasonably required.

The Candidate

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Reconciliation of Accounts and Sales Ledger
• Fluent in German and English
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Microsoft Office
• Team player
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Part qualified in any accountancy qualification is a plus

Salary: £17-19k
