dont book a holiday with holiday city superstore in tamworth.i booked a holiday to egypt and we all came down with severe food poisoning.my small kids and other hotel guests were also sick.we were suppose to have a family room and when we got there they charged us 200 pound for an upgrade to what we should have had anyway,two single,and one double bed.The holiday company were very rude and blamed everyone but themselves and took 3 months to answer my complaints.i am the most easy going person but thought this company is horrific.
