Exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse to take the step up for Deputy Home Manager.

My client based in Stoke on Trent is looking for a forward thinking individual to help drive forward excellent standards of care. This is a large home which will prove to be an exciting challenge for the right candidate.

Duties will include covering the home in the absence of the Home Manager. You will also be responsible for ensuring care plans are up to date and suitable for the individual service users needs, taking responsibility for all Clinical care for the home and that all care staff are supported as well as ensuring the standards of the company are maintained and adhered to. It is desirable for you to be involved with all events for the home

The home caters for both elderly and EMI clients.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary in excess of £27,000.
