i have a room available in Longport, Stoke on Trent, which is ideal for commuting as its close to Newcastle, Hanley and the A500.
It a 3 bedroom house but the 3rd room is too small to rent out but is ideal for friends to stop over the odd night. The room itself is a large double room and furninshed with a kingsize bed, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space.
Amenities in the house include washing machine, dryer, freeview tv (although i am considering sky/virgin), wireless broadband. In the front room there is a large LCD tv, with surround sound DVD player, wii, and xbox 360 so is great for nights in.
As for me, well i'm 28 years old and working in financial services in Crewe monday to friday. I also work in a bar in newcastle at weekends. Im very laid back and get on with anyone. It is my intention to be very relaxed when offering out the room to anyone. Obviously there would be some ground rules but you would live there as well so would want you to be comfortable in the house as it would be your home too.
£60 per week/£250 pm inclusive of all bill so you just need to buy food.
