im looking for my lost cousin she was adopted out at around 13 years old.
shes now living we think in the newcastle under lyme area..

her name was jade salmon but her mum changed it to jade perry
and now she must have an other name as shes been adopted out..

shes now around the age of 16 just lefted school this year
