Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to work in this beautiful hotel near Shrewsbury in Shropshire.

Duties:

* Welcoming and checking guests in and out of the hotel

* Being the first point of contact for guests and dealing with all enquiries

* Cash handling and settling accounts

* Taking booking, via walk-ins and over the telephone

* All other associated tasks

The position will involve working mainly on a straight shift basis, including mornings, days and evenings. There may also be the occasion where a split shift is necessary but this is only as and when needed.

Live in accommodation is available if needed and the salary offered is between £16,000 and £18,000 depending on experience.
