The eviction process and guide to our fees
Demand or Notice Seeking Possession
The first stage to the eviction process is to issue a notice seeking possession to ensure that you can repossess your property
There are two types of notices:-
A Section 21[There are two sections to this notice]
A Section 8 [Rent arrears etc]
Our Standard Fee is £75.00p.
Court Proceedings
We will arrange to start proceedings in the County Court this will include:-
Completing an application claim form for possession
Completion of statements & particulars of claim
Schedules and other documentary papers
A court hearing date is set an our specialist advocates, will appear at court to obtain a possession & money order
Our Standard Fee £450.00p [inc of court fee]
Eviction
If the tenant does not comply or leave by the date set by the court
We will process an application for a Warrant of Possession at the County Court
This will give power to the Court Bailiff to evict the tenant & any possessions
Our Standard Fee is £150.00p [inc court fee]
Standard fees apply to cases where there is no defence where the tenant puts in a defence further fees may occur
