Our emphasis is very much on quality. Due to expansion and stable growth, we are now looking to employ an Assistant Manager for our Trentham estate store.

For us, the right candidate will have experience within the following areas of hospitality / cafe / restaurant management area.

Man management & training
Cost and Budget control
Food Safety
Health & Safety
Admin
Purchasing & Ordering

As well as having the above experience working as an Assistant Manager within a coffee shop / restaurant area, you will also need to have very good man management experience where you have run and been responsible a team of people. This includes rotas, training, discipline, shift patterns etc

We are offering a highly competitive starting salary of £17500 with excellent future prospects
