My client is a leading organisation in the Stoke on Trent area, due to ongoing expansion and their aim to grow by 40% over the next 12 months, they now have an opening for a Team Leader with knowledge of VB6 or SQL and possibly C# .
The role is to oversee a team of hardworking developers of various levels of experience, we are looking for team leading experience, coupled with VB and SQL Server knowledge to a high level.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for applications development and good understanding of VB6 and/or SQL Server. Candidates will benefit from having exposure to c# , and full life cycle development. We are looking for an individual that has worked on large scale enterprise applications, and ideally worked as a lead developer or team leader and mentored and monitored the work load of other developers.
Extra consideration will be given for candidates whom are degree educated within a Computer related discipline. You shall be working on large scale enterprise applications, so this role would suit a candidate with strong ambition and drive to learn new skills and be constantly challenged.
