Position: Trainee Business Manager

Salary: OTE £40,000

Our client, a successful franchised dealership are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Business Manager to join their successful team. You will either have a financial or car sales background.
Duties:
* To maximise the profitable sale of finance, credit insurance to a minimum of published manufacturers penetration levels.
* To contribute to the development plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
* To be fully conversant with all Sales Department procedures relating to H.S.O.
* Deal profitably and professional with customers who want to use the dealers finance facilities.
* Maximise the number of cash conversion sales from customers not intending to use the dealer's finance facilities.
* Maximise the number of credit insurance sales to finance customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of car, finance insurance and warranty sales by completing the monitoring system as agreed with the Sales Manager, Managing Director
