A new opportunity has become available to join a leading organisation in the Stoke on Trent area. We are looking for a graduate calibre applications support analyst to join a leading software house. Ideally you will have graduated with a computer related degree, and have an understanding of Microsoft technologies such as VB, SQL Server or .NET.
You shall be working within a team of support analysts and you shall be provided with full training from day one. The role will involve client interaction over the phone and via e-mail, troubleshooting applications, bug fixing, and script writing.
