Double bedroom and own sole use living room in beautifully refurbished traditional terrace (£395 pcm)
I have a furnished double bedroom and private sole use living room available to rent from August 24th onwards for £395 per month. The cost includes all bills (excluding telephone although free landline weekend and evening calls are included), personal Sky TV in your living room and general household products (e.g. cleaning products, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets).
The house is a beautifully refurbished traditional terrace in Wolstanton near to Wolstanton marsh. You will share the bathroom, kitchen and garden with me. The kitchen has a built in washing machine and dishwasher and a range cooker. The bathroom has an over bath mixer shower.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The sole use living room has a sofa, two chairs and a TV/Sky. Photos are featured. Please email me if you would like further photos.
The rooms are offered to a non-smoking professional who is clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples privacy. I require two references, a months deposit and a months rent in advance.
If you only require the rooms Monday to Friday I will be happy to discount the rent to £325 per month.
You will be sharing with a 31 year old professional non-smoking female.
