Free Phone (0800/0808) Numbers

When responding to an advert, many customers choose the company that says it really wants your business; e.g. the one offering to pay for the call by using a free phone number. So if you want to increase your response rate from crowded advertising media like Yellow Pages or local newspapers, there’s really no choice to make!

With a LoCall rate number, the person calling the number pays a LoCall standard rate no matter where the organisation being called is based. These calls offer the perception that the company being called values the customer by subsidising the cost of calling them, although in reality the cost is often higher than for a standard local call and is rarely included in call bundles.
