The house is a very good sized terraced house and with quiet friendly neighbours. Its 5 mins from Longton Library and ideal for anyone needed access to the A50.

All bills excluding TV license and council tax are in. Its a house share and not a room to let so you can have full use of all the house.

Its available immediately to the right person. The has no bed but does have wardrobes.

The house has central heating throughout and it nice and clean.

I am currently decorating the downstairs of the house and plan on doing the whole house over the next few weeks.
