no scratches at all on the front and minor scratches on the bk!
has no box however comes with black head phones and the usb lead to link to ur computer etc
has over 1000 songs on all downloaded off itunes, some album art is missing but can easily b found
i can always swipe it clear if u would prefer.
also has great games i ave downloaded including monopoly and ibeer which i had to pay for.
