Web Developer 3 Year Fixed Term Contract)

The Ticketmaster Systems development team requires an experienced Web Developer to work on web based development, specifically around the .NET environment of Ticketmaster’s self developed suite of ticketing applications (Venuemaster) as part of the exciting London 2012 Olympics project.



Based on site at Newcastle-under-Lyme, the role will encompass diversity in workload and the successful candidate will be working within a development team of approximately twenty people including developers and testers



Responsibilities

Development of web environment of product set
Working on existing product set enhancements and re-design
Working on existing product set bug fixes
Providing technical and functional documentation where required
Liaison with third parties on integration related matters

Skills Required / Competencies

Any experience in a similar environment
Proven experience with .NET environment
Proven experience with HTML and associated technologies
Proven experience with SQL
Proven experience with C#
Proven experience with CSS
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

Organised and structured in approach to work
Good communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail of work undertaken

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum + excellent company benefits including 25 days annual leave.
