Shift Pattern – 6am – 1pm and 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday
£25,000 - £30,000 + Over time + Pension + Life + 33 days Holiday
This company are bucking the trend and actively expanding. As a result they are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to work in there modern manufacturing facility offering training and the opportunity to work on the latest high-tech equipment.
Due to recent investment in both the factory and its machinery, this market leader is looking for an electrical biased maintenance engineer to join its growing team. The company offer structured training both on and off the job and excellent succession planning. The company pride themselves on recruiting talented engineers and getting the best out of them.
This market leader is a high volume manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging goods and has a reputation for product innovation. They have been established over 85 years and have 700 employees spread across the various sites in the UK.
This role will suit engineers looking for first class maintenance roles with exposure to the latest equipment. Because of the training, stability, benefits and career paths available; they have very low staff retention.
The role:
•Multi skilled maintenance either in the packaging or clean room section of the manufacturing process.
•Electrical and mechanical maintenance along with installation and commissioning.
•Assist and mentor technicians on maintenance activities.
The person needed:
•Electrical maintenance background ideally from manufacturing environment (Packaging, Food, Print Etc)
•Electrical Engineering qualification or apprenticeship is a MUST.
•Competent in both disciplines - 3 phase and hydraulics / pneumatics.
•Excellent attitude and committed to training and development.
The package on offer is:
•Starting Salary of up to £30k
•Pension
•33 Days Holiday
