This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join this Leisure Company which has a large Hotel on site, which is high volume but known for fast, exceptional service.

The role for Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager will involve overseeing the day to day operation of a very busy restaurant and 2 large bars; you will work along the side of 3 assistant managers’, 6 supervisors and a large team of floor staff. As Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager you will assistant the Restaurant and Bar Manager with the day to day issues which include, training, recruitment and development of the team. This restaurant consists of 300 covers and it serves beautiful Modern British cuisine in a family dining environment.

The role would suit a Assistant Manager with experience working within a busy bar and restaurant you must have good food experience with a proven track record, having worked in high volume establishments. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity. You will be financially astute and have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
