I am looking for a male/female house mate. Ideally aged between 24-30, suitable for person in full time work.

I am a self employed IT specialist and enjoy nights in front of the TV. I am very clean and tidy. I have only just moved in and the house in in need of some decoration, i will be helping out with this over the next few weeks and would like someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty helping me out.

Rent is paid directly to the landlord and a 1 month deposit is required.
