Accounts and Legal Administrator
Full Time (Part Time Considered).
Circa 19k.
Regalty Estates are a growing Property Management company based in Stoke on Trent. Due to new estate wins we are looking to expand our team and hire an experienced Account/Legal Administrator. Working within a small team, your duties will involve assisting the Property and Finance Manager.
Your duties will include...
Assist the Financial Manager, dealing with queries from Residents and Suppliers.
Assist in the compilation of Financial Reports.
Co-ordinate and compile Competitive Tenders.
Handle insurance claims.
Liaise with Solicitors, Accountants and other 3rd party suppliers.
Assist in Debt Recovery and Court Claims.
Completion of Conveyancing files
Generate ongoing reports for use by Financial and Property Managers.
Other general admin duties.
It is essential that you have had accounts and/or conveyancing experience or have had some administrative experience in a legal environment. We need someone who is adaptable, able to work on their own initiative and have great written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy is taken. A real 'can do' attitude is essential as this can be a demanding work environment at times. On occasion additional 'out of hours' offsite meetings may be needed but overtime in lieu will be given.
Working hours will be 9 - 5pm, 1 hour lunch.
This role is advertised Full Time but we will consider part-time applicants.
