Can you help me?
I am a 15 year old boy who lives in Wombourne.
I love music, football, bowling, swimming and going to the cinema and theatre. Most boys of my age can do these things themselves or with friends, I have Downs Syndrome, this makes it a little more difficult for me. I need help to develop my confidence, maybe one day I could do these things on my own.
In the past I have had epileptic seizures, these are very rare, Mum and Dad will tell you what to do should it ever happen. I can’t remember the last one. It was so long ago.
I need someone who can come with me every week for about 10 hours per week. We can alternate the days if it’s better for you.
We can pay you £7.70 per hour and your entrance into the activities that we do. We can even get your dinner if your hungry.
It would be great if you can drive, but don’t worry if you can’t we can always get the bus.
