there are a lot of puppies being advertised on this site that are scams, they will offer you the puppy for a very cheap or free price (they arent advertising a price now) they may ask you for a delivery price or ask you to send them a deposit or full price and you will never see the pup cus there isnt one

be guarded. ask for a land line number to call them on, they may give you a mobile number but be wary if they wont give you a landline

ask for a photo of the pup with something to prove the date either a newspaper or even a piece of card with the date written on it

you should never buy a puppy that you havent seen and don't send any money or you wont see it again

gumtree dont seem to be doing anything to stop this unless these ads are flagged to them so if you see a dodgy ad report it to them.

I cant post on all the gumtree sites cus i dont have time so if you see dodgy ads on other sites please copy and post this ad there too
