I’ve recently moved in and have refurnished the whole house, therefore I’m looking for a clean and tidy person who will appreciate the high standard of facilities offered.

The room itself is a good size and has recently been fully furnished and decorated. Everything in the room is brand new and incorporates a double bed and bedding, curtains, a triple wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table, LCD flat screen TV with free view and lots more. There is also access to wireless broadband and a landline telephone.

The house has a shower and bath in the main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is plenty of additional storage space available in the 3rd bedroom. There is a nice garden to the back of the house and off road parking available on the driveway to the front. Its also just a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

I am an easy going, friendly guy with a good sense of humour, I have 2 little dogs who are really friendly and they strictly live downstairs. The house / room would suit a down to earth young professional looking for a nice clean home with fantastic facilities.

I am looking for £320 pcm, all bills included.
