I have a 3 bed house available to rent in Sandon Road, near Beaconside. Ideally I'm looking for 2 female sharers so that I can keep one room for myself. I live in London so most of the time you would have the whole house to yourselves. I would only be there about one weekend per month.

It's a lovely bright house with a nice garden, 2 double bedrooms and one single, living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom. There's plenty of parking space. The house is on a bus route to the centre, or 10 minute walk.

I'm looking for quiet, respectful tenants who are non-smokers.
