Ember Inns are one of the most successful brands in Mitchells & Butlers and are looking for Head Chefs and Cooks who have the knowledge and passion to be part of delivering a branded menu in one of our very successful pubs.

Our pubs offer the best quality food and drink in informal surroundings, providing a relaxed atmosphere and a sense of belonging.

We are a wet led brand but food forms an important part of what is on offer to our customers and we continue to drive volumes and consistently serve high quality food.
Key Attributes –
• As a hand’s on Chef or Cook, we are looking for an all rounder who possess the ability to produce quality dishes from a branded menu in a busy kitchen.
• Preferably you will have had previous experience in a similar pub or restaurant environment, however full training will be provided
• The key assets for the Kitchen Team in Ember Inns, is a passion for excellent standards and a team player.
