A Room has come available to rent in Shelton (Boughey Rd),. Great location for students who are attending Staffs Uni or for a professional; either working nearby or commuting as the train station is very near. The house is also not far from Hanley City Center (for shops) and also Hanley Park.
It is a 6 bed-house and fully furnished. We are just making the last finishing touches e.g. painting.
There is at moment 5 students who rent there, 3 girls and 2 boys.
Rent is £45 p/week not including bills, however as the bills will be shared between 6 people, this does not count for much.
